Boarding

2 day Minimum Stay
Up to date vaccination records must be provided at drop-off
Dogs are kept in 5x10 outdoor covered kennels with a private box in each
We diligently clean & sanitize full kennel area daily
Dogs are walked / worked at minimum twice per day
Our property includes wooded areas, trails & access to a lake
All dogs are fed Inukshuk 30/25 mixed with Puppy Pro Plan unless otherwise provided
Best to call for reservations at least 2 weeks in advance
We're happy to offer pick-up and drop-off options for an additional fee

After a dog understands force fetch we’ll branch off into one of the other skills to get to the clients end goal in the best way.We adapt our training to accomplish what your dog needs to be successful in the scenarios you’ll be hunting.

On average you can expect around 2 months to complete our obedience training program; knowing every dog is different and training will be adjusted as progress is complete. During this time, we’ll do two to three 1 on 1 clinics to educate you on the skills your dog is learning followed by a very short stay at home to practice those skills as homework. The purpose for this is to train the handler as well as the dog.

We offer a half day guided hunt with your dog's trainer to all upland and flush dog owners that have been through this program to teach them how to handle their dog in a variety of scenarios. This has proven very helpful!

We use live pigeons and quail at this stage of training.

All upland pointers are trained to be steady to wing, shot & fall then released.

1:1 Clinics

Min. 1hr up to ½ Day
Obedience, Recreational Hunter or Performance Level Training options
Offered at both the Chelsea and Vincent locations by Appt Only
Typically this looks like: assessment to see where you are and need to go, showing drills, teaching drills to handler
We customize our approach per dog. We’ll go through where your dog is from your perspective, from our perspective & then determine the next step to help you reach your goal, focusing on 1-2 key points to give confidence for moving forward.

Self-Guided Hunts

Offered to clients that have completed our upland pointer & flush dog program.
